Extreme Customs, LLC is not responsible for any damages caused by shipping. Extreme Customs, LLC and/or it's distributor(s), ships all orders in perfect condition. Any damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must make a claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments. You must refuse the shipment if it looks damaged. If you sign for the product(s), you are signing your name and agreeing that the product(s) are not damaged and in good condition. Once the delivery slip is signed, it is generally not possible to place an insurance claim with the shipping company, and returns at this point are generally impossible.

Extreme Customs, LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred during the installation of any of it’s products. Extreme Customs, LLC recommends that you, as the buyer, not attempt to install any of the products that we sell. Warranty's are voided on product(s) if you attempt to install the product(s) yourself. Extreme Customs, LLC recommends that you hire a certified professional to do the installations on any/all of the products sold to you. Extreme Customs, LLC is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the installation by a certified professional, or yourself.  All aftermarket items (body kits, hoods, fenders audio/video, engines, front clips….etc.) sold by Extreme Customs, LLC are not guaranteed to fit. Modifications might be needed for the item(s) to fit on your vehicle properly.

Prices and availability subject to change without notice. Please allow 4-10 days for your item(s) to ship, unless otherwise noted by us. Special orders may take longer. Extreme Customs, LLC is not responsible for typographical errors. Some items sold by Extreme Customs, LLC are non-stock items and will ship out of separate locations. Some items might be on back order and waits could exceed several months. If, for ANY reason, you decide to cancel your order, there is a 20% restocking fee.

Extreme Customs, LLC does not warranty the products it sells. Some products are backed by the limited warranties of the original manufacture. The warranty period and services vary by manufacturer and product. Returns will not be accepted on items that have been used, installed, primed, painted, and/or damaged in any way. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. All returned merchandise must receive prior approval from Extreme Customs, LLC. If your item(s) ship out and you refuse the delivery, it will be treated as a return and you will be charged the 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.

Some products sold by Extreme Customs, LLC are intended for off-road/show/race use only and are not intended for public highways. You are responsible for complying with any/all local, state, and federal laws.
